A free invoice generator that never asks you to sign up
Most "free" invoice tools are free until the download button, and then they want an email address. This one has no account at all. You fill in the fields, the invoice is drawn next to them, and you save it as a PDF from your own browser — the page never sends anything to us.

What "no sign up" means here, exactly
There is no registration form, no email gate before the download, and no trial that expires. There is also no server doing the work: the invoice is assembled by a script running on your machine, and the only thing that leaves your browser is the PDF you save to your own disk.
Your business details and the draft are kept in this browser's own storage, so the next invoice opens already filled in with your name, address and tax number. Clear the browser data and they are gone — we have no copy, because we never had one.
How the PDF happens without an export service
«Download PDF» opens your browser's own print dialog with only the invoice on the page; pick "Save as PDF" as the destination. Every desktop browser can do it, and on iOS it is Share → Print → pinch out. That is why there is no queue, no watermark and no limit on how many you make.
The same page gives you an HTML file if you prefer to keep the invoice editable or email it inline.
Tax and currency wherever you are
The tax rate and its label are both yours to type: VAT at 20%, GST at 10%, Sales tax at 8.25%, or nothing at all. Discount is taken before tax and shipping is added after, and the arithmetic is printed line by line, so an accountant can follow it.
Nineteen currencies are in the dropdown, from USD and EUR to AUD, CAD, INR, NZD and ZAR. The symbol and the thousands separator follow the choice.
When one invoice at a time stops being enough
This tool deliberately has no register: it makes one document and forgets it. Once you need to know what is unpaid and how overdue it is, a spreadsheet is the better shape — Bill keeps every invoice with its balance, days overdue, ageing buckets and the next number in the sequence.
And if the invoice has to be a Word file your client can edit, the document set has it as plain .docx, along with a quote, a credit note and a statement of account.
Questions
- Is it really free, with no account?
- Yes. There is no sign-up form and no email gate: the page works as soon as it loads, and the PDF is saved by your own browser. Nothing is held back for a paid tier because there is no paid tier for this tool.
- Do you see my invoices or my clients?
- No. The invoice is built in your browser and never sent to us. Your details sit in that browser's storage so the next invoice starts filled in; we have no copy and no way to read it.
- Can I use it for my country's tax?
- Type the rate and the label you need — VAT, GST, Sales tax, IVA or none. Nineteen currencies are available. What the tool does not do is advise you on which rate applies; that is between you and your accountant.
- How many invoices can I make?
- As many as you like. There is no counter, because there is nothing to count on our side — each invoice is drawn and saved on your machine.
- Can I keep track of which invoices are paid?
- Not here: this tool makes one document and keeps no register. The Bill spreadsheet does that part, with outstanding balances, days overdue and ageing buckets.
