No account is needed to download a free template. We use cookieless analytics and no advertising trackers. Payment data goes to Paddle, not to us. We email you only if you ask, or to deliver something you bought.

What we collect
Analytics
Privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics record the page visited, the referrer, an approximate country and the device type. No cookies, no profile, and nothing that identifies you.
Purchases
Paddle.com processes the transaction as Merchant of Record and collects your name, email, billing country and payment details directly. From Paddle we receive only what we need to deliver and support the product: your email address, the product, the order reference and the tax country. We never receive your card number.
Email list and support
If you subscribe, we store your address and the date. Subscribing is optional and never required to download anything. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can answer and refer back to it later.
Why we may process it
Performance of a contract — delivering and supporting something you bought.
Legitimate interests — keeping the site working and understanding aggregate traffic, using analytics that cannot identify you.
Consent — the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time.
Legal obligation — keeping transaction records where tax law requires it.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that run the shop: Paddle (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and file storage) and our email provider. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Some of these operate outside the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the EU and the United States, so your data may be transferred abroad under the safeguards those providers have in place.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
Order records — as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.
Support email — up to three years after the last message.
Analytics — aggregated, with no personal identifiers retained.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser and never sent to us. Paddle may set cookies needed to complete a payment; those are covered by Paddle's own policy.
Changes
If our processing changes we will update this page and the effective date in the sidebar.
