Privacy

Short version: you can browse the site and download free templates without giving us anything, and we never see your card details.

We are Individual Entrepreneur Igor Zagorodnyi (ИП Загородный Игорь Николаевич), a sole proprietor registered in the Kyrgyz Republic (registration number 02873140, Dzhal-29 microdistrict, Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic), and the data controller for the processing described here. What we collect

Analytics

Two tools. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless: it records the page visited, the referrer, an approximate country and the device type, and nothing that identifies you. Google Analytics 4 runs in "consent mode": until you accept on the banner it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous, aggregated pings (page views without an identifier); if you accept, it sets its usual cookies (_ga, _ga_*, up to two years) so that repeat visits can be counted as one visitor. IP addresses are truncated. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. Google's own handling of this data is described in its privacy policy.

Template demos

The demo pages of our templates carry a short script that runs only if a demo has been copied and put on another website: it sends us that website's hostname and the template name, once per visit. It sends nothing about the visitor — no cookies, and we do not store IP addresses or browser details from it. Purchased archives, free and Pro, do not contain it.

Purchases

Paddle.com processes the transaction as Merchant of Record and collects your name, email, billing country and payment details directly. From Paddle we receive only what we need to deliver and support the product: your email address, the product, the order reference and the tax country. We never receive your card number.

Email list and support

If you subscribe, we store your address and the date. Subscribing is optional and never required to download anything. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can answer and refer back to it later.

Why we may process it

• Performance of a contract — delivering and supporting something you bought.

• Legitimate interests — keeping the site working and understanding aggregate traffic, using analytics that cannot identify you.

• Consent — the newsletter, which you can withdraw at any time.

• Legal obligation — keeping transaction records where tax law requires it.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the shop: Paddle (payments and tax), Cloudflare (hosting, delivery, order and subscriber storage), Resend (sends the order email) and Google (Gmail, which receives mail sent to our support address; Google Analytics, if you accept cookies). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Some of these operate outside the Kyrgyz Republic, including in the EU and the United States, so your data may be transferred abroad under the safeguards those providers have in place.

How long we keep it

• Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.

• Order records — as long as accounting and tax law requires, then deleted.

• Support email — up to three years after the last message.

• Analytics — Cloudflare: aggregated, no identifiers. Google Analytics: 14 months, only if you accepted cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or UK and think we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

We set no advertising cookies. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set only after you click OK on the cookie banner; "No thanks" keeps the site cookieless for analytics, and "Cookie settings" in the footer lets you change your mind. Your light or dark theme preference and your banner choice are stored in your browser and never sent to us. Paddle may set cookies needed to complete a payment; those are covered by Paddle's own policy.

Changes

If our processing changes we will update this page and the effective date in the sidebar.
