About Foldout

Foldout is a small shop: 50 files to start a job from — website templates, HTML email, Excel and Google Sheets workbooks, Word documents — plus 22 guides and a handful of browser tools. It is made by one person, and it started in September 2026.

The one rule

Every file here is one you can open and read. A website template is HTML and CSS you can follow line by line, not a theme with a dashboard bolted to it. A workbook has its formulas written out on a sheet inside the file, so you can see what the number came from and change it. A Word document has no fields, no macros and no add-ins, because those are the things that render differently on somebody else's machine and leave you explaining why.

That rule decides what gets made and what does not. It is also why nothing here needs an account, a plugin or a subscription to keep working: a file you can read is a file you still own when this site is gone.

Judge it before you pay

Every paid template has a live demo you can inspect in full, and a free version you can download and open in your editor without giving us an address. The free files are not crippled samples — they are smaller, and they work. If the code reads badly to you, that is the right moment to find out, and it costs nothing.

How the money works

One payment per file, no subscription, no credits, no upsell after checkout. Payment is handled by Paddle, which is the merchant of record — they take the payment and deal with VAT, which is why their name, not ours, appears on your card statement. Refunds are spelled out on their own page; so is what the licence lets you do.

What this site does not do

There is no advertising on Foldout and no affiliate links — not as a promise for later, but as a fact you can check by viewing the source. The files you download contain no tracking, no phone-home and no hidden requests; the only analytics are on the website itself, and the privacy page says exactly which and how to turn them off. We do not resell your address and there is no mailing list you end up on by buying something.

Who is behind it

One person, writing the templates, the guides and the site itself. Foldout is one of several sites built by the same hands — the others are listed here, with no shared account and nothing to sign up for twice.

If something is broken, wrong, or not what a product page claimed, that is worth hearing about and usually gets fixed the same week. Here is how to reach us.
