Shipping

Orders over $80 ship free; below that it's $6 flat. We dispatch in one to two business days, tracked, and you get the tracking link by email. Most domestic orders arrive in three to five days. International: 7–14 days, duties may apply at delivery.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. The return label is in the box — stick it on, drop it off. Refund to the original payment method within five days of the parcel reaching us. Used it for a month and it's not right? That still counts. We'd rather you were sure.

The ten-year guarantee

If a seam, rivet, clasp or strap fails within ten years of purchase, send it back and we repair it free — both ways on us. If it can't be repaired, we replace it. Scratches, darkening and patina aren't faults: that's full-grain leather doing what it does.

Care guide

• Wipe with a dry cloth. For marks, a barely damp cloth, then let it dry away from heat.
• Condition twice a year with a neutral leather balm, thin coat, buffed off.
• Got soaked? Stuff it with paper, dry at room temperature — never on a radiator.
• Store empty, in the dust bag, out of direct sun.
