Before you write

• How do you quote?

  Fixed price for audits and first versions, a monthly retainer for ongoing product work. You'll have a number within a week of the first call, and it doesn't move unless the scope does.

• Do you work with agencies?

  Yes, as long as I talk to the client directly. I don't do white-label.

• Remote or in person?

  Remote by default, with a day on site at the start if you're within a train ride. I'm on UTC+1 and keep normal hours.

• Can you start next week?

  Probably not — there's one slot left this year and it's likely to go to whoever writes first with a clear brief.
